We deploy fully equipped medical support trailers stocked with first-aid supplies and over-the-counter medications. 

D and D Solutions provides comprehensive security badging and access management services, including on-site photo ID credentialing with barcode scanning and chip-reader technology. Our systems support real-time employee tracking with a focus on personnel safety, accountability, and evacuation readiness.

Badging solutions are customized to site-specific requirements and include visitor management, ingress and egress monitoring, access control, and integrated meal-count tracking.

We maintain multiple mobile laundry units strategically staged throughout the United States to support rapid deployment and sustained operations. Our full-service “fluff and fold” laundry services accommodate clothing, uniforms, bedding, towels, and other linens, ensuring consistent hygiene and operational readiness for deployed personnel.

These self-contained units are designed for high-volume throughput and can be mobilized quickly to support base camps, emergency response operations, construction projects, and remote work sites. Our scalable laundry operations help maintain workforce health, morale, and mission continuity in demanding environments.

We provide on-site catering services in partnership with a U.S. federal contractor. Our team consists of seasoned professionals experienced in delivering and managing food services under all operating conditions, including disaster response and emergency environments.

Our Medical Division can deploy mobile field hospitals with exceptional flexibility in configuration. These facilities support patient isolation and are equipped with HEPA filtration, negative-pressure capability, climate control, and privacy curtains. Designed for austere and emergency environments, our mobile field hospitals are engineered to withstand sustained winds of up to 80 mph.

We provide comprehensive on-site security and access management services to ensure the safety, accountability, and controlled movement of personnel and visitors. Our capabilities include the installation of perimeter fencing with secured access gates designed to meet site-specific security requirements.
